A gracious 3-YEAR grant has been given to floyd methodist in order to create new faith communities in the area surrounding floyd church: home groups in farmersville, coffee shops and homes in princeton, bible studies in merit and caddo mills, who knows?
floyd methodist, a church established in 1885, serves as the heart and home base of this effort to create more disciples of jesus christ to spread scriptural holiness across our
TOWNS, counties and world.
We ask the question: What if church was more than going to a physical building once a week or once a month? what if it was a group of people on a quest following jesus together in everyday life?
Whether people end up joining us on sunday morning worship at floyd church at 10a, or connecting with one of our satellite home groups or ministries, our mission remains the same: to experience the greatest life that god created us for, that jesus christ died and rose for, and that the holy spirit offers us every day.
Our Gatherings
We GATHER to seek God's grace together in a space designed for connection and GROWING in a life grounded in God's Word and in knowing Jesus Christ.
Then we GO. We go and serve our neighbors, our communities, our world. We seek to be a church that serves and lives in such a way that others are glad that we did.
SUNDAY MORNINGS AT THE FLOYD CAMPUS: 10a
Join us for a casual, non-rigid, non-overwhelming time of worship in a rustic chapel in a quiet place away from the traffic and city noise.
While we use traditional components during worship like the Apostle's Creed, we also have modern music and technology. We also share a meal together every week after worship!

WEEKLY SMALL GROUPS
Small groups is the core of who we are. You have a name worth knowing. You have a life worth sharing with others. Our weekly small groups are a core part of living out our faith, love and peace on the great Quest of life. They may meet in a home, a coffee shop, a library conference room. They may meet on a Sunday morning, Sunday evening, or weekday evening.
